About SSANU
We are pleased to welcome you to the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU) — a recognized voice for non-teaching staff across Nigerian universities. SSANU is dedicated to protecting and promoting the welfare, rights, and professional growth of its members, while contributing to the advancement of higher education in Nigeria.
Our mission is to represent, advocate, and empower. We ensure that the contributions of senior staff to the academic and administrative strength of universities are acknowledged and valued. Through collective bargaining, policy engagement, and collaboration with stakeholders, SSANU works to build a fair, inclusive, and progressive environment for all its members.
